Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund for a workshop, seminar or trial class, you must cancel 14 days in advance. With 24 hours notice, you can receive a credit for a future class or workshop held within 12 months of purchase date. With less than 24 hours notice you receive no credit or refund. For the 2 week trial: Begin on any of the available 2-week start dates listed in the booking calendar. You can attend any eligible classes available during the training period. Once you attend your first class, your 2-week membership will expire 14 days later. The membership is for a period of time (14 days) and not for a specific number of classes. Attend as often as you can. You can only sign up for this trial one time. This trial may not be paused once started. The 6-week beginner's program includes 11 continuous classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15-7:30p. The 6-week active period starts once you attend your first class. If a training session is missed, students are eligible to schedule a makeup during their active 6 week period only. Make-up classes are held on Saturdays. This package also includes the beginner's gear package: t-shirt, bag gloves, and forearm guards. For memberships combined with Cold Club, all sauna and cold plunge sessions need to be booked through your "my subscriptions" within the member portal.
